'99 TL drop

'99 Nighthawk Black Pearl, OEM 16" wheel + spolier, no bodykit...

Drop it? Any suggestions?

Yes, lower it! I have a 99 TL as well with no spoiler or bodykit, I dropped with H&R race springs (front: 2.2", rear 1.75"). It has the "slammed" look, with no wheel gap whatsoever - very agressive looking. Ride is more bumpy; I suggest H&R sport springs for you - it is cheaper than Comptech and just as good (if not better). Provides a decent drop without the ride becoming too harsh.

i have the prokit and it is clean only prob is the rear camber is off by a degree.

Even with the Comptechs the rear settled enough to make the camber unadjustable. Had a rear camber kit installed and everythings straight now.

i agree...i have read that comptech also gives the "raked" look and H&R's drop for front and rear is more uniform.

Go with comptech or H&R....you wont be sorry, both are great spring, just up to your taste as to how you want the car to look. Comptechs will make the rear look higher, giving you the rake look, while the H&R sports give the car an even drop look.
