6speed swap

wassup everyone. im here cuz i wanna do a 6speed swap to my 99tlp. im on my second tranny and its gonna go sometime. it jerks really bad when i go from drive to rev. it grinds really bad too. im not gonna invest in another tranny. i wanna go with the cls motor and etc parts. im in the begining stages so im taking all info to make the process smooth. if you guys can get or no someone selling any of the parts at a decent price please free to let me know. i think i will start the wrench turning and the tear down process mid nov or early this month.

Look around for used parts. Google "6 speed obsession" for info on the modules to save you from having to do the full swap with all the wiring and sensors and everything.

If you get the modules you wont have to swap any wiring. You will be able to keep your motor.

They dont have to be local. I got my trans from St Louis, shipping by freight wasnt very much at all. The manual trans is light, you (i was able to) pick it up with 1 arm

Does that mean you dont have to swap the cam gear and and the timing gear on the crank with this module? Who makes the module anyway?
