6000k

well, i looked in my bank account today and found a refund of 290 dollars from autolamp-online. kinda have mixed feelings about the whole thing. a part of me really wanted my new bulbs and yet a part of me is just happy i got my money back. you guys dont understand, i waited everyday for these freaking bulbs, and now they are not ever coming. but anyway, does anyone know where i can get 6k bulbs quick. i really want to get some, like right now. i mean, RIGHT NOW

Re: 6000k

Try suvlights. com.........I think it's called..............actually it is. Go click on "H.I.D.-XENON" on the top right of the page and scroll down once you get to that page. Hopefully they have it in stock.

What are you talking about and when did you order from them? My 6000k just arrived from autolamps today. I can't wait to install them!

Good luck!

I thought SUVlights.com charges 8.5 tax on CA residents. :wow:

I'll hook you up with the bulb for 260 shipped.
If interested, e-mail me.

It is bluer and brighter cause it doesn't have that little strip that covers the bulb. On the 99 TL it looks even bluer and brighter than it does on a TL-S. Check out the 1st pic on the 2nd page with the cars lined up. I am the last car on the right....notice how bluer and brighter it is compared to the TL-S.

BTW, in the pic, we all have D2S.

6000k and 4200k OEM bulbs take on same wattage, so power consumption is the same.

Try suvlights.com. I paid 290$ w/ shipping from autolamps-online.com I bought D2R. If you buy D2S, you need to cut a slot in the socket of the bulb to make it fit. I don't want to get into the discussion of D2S vs D2R. There are plenty in this forum. If you want to stand out and something different, go with D2S. If you want full stock compatibility, go with D2R. D2S is said to be slightly brighter. But with either one, you can't go wrong. Just make sure they are 6000k.
