Well I brought my car back to the dealer because ever since the jet kit was installed it has been shifting harsher than before and it feels like NO power in the lower power range.

Dealer called a few hours later informing me i do need a new tranny as well as engine mounts, cv boot, and something else i can't remember right now.

I have to saw i am impressed with how they handled it and that everything is covered under warranty (my car warranty expired in feb) with the extended warranty on the tranny. I thought they would try and bill me for the extra stuff, but they didn't. I'm dropping my car off tonight and i should have it back my tomorrow night (parts were already delivered). Wish me luck!

I almost did twice. Once just to get rid of it and the other time i was going to trade it on on a Dodge Ram 1500 for work, but then decided against it. They offered 9500 for it (2000 tl with 84k). Didn't think that was too bad

Thx. I bought from Valley Stream, called Rallye for the oil jet, they gave me a little run around.

 

just figured i would update everyone.

Picked up the car (i won't mention they didn't wash it ) and proceeded to drive home. First impressions was it was defintaley way smoother. I have been taking it easy (no hard acceleration, etc.) to break it in a little because they did the tranny, torque converter and engine mounts.

So far i have about 75 miles on the car and it feels good. for some reason it still likesto downshift a little harser when coming to a light (say from 40mph). All in all, im glad its fixed. Also in 3rd i feel more power throughout the rpm range than i did before.
