3a racing tips

I'm planning on getting some soon. What size do you guys suggest? I'm leaning towards the 3.5" x 9" circular shape ones (not oval). Also, wheres the cheapest place I can get them at?

Hee.. I like how they're called racing tips.. cuz they're +10hp i'm sure.

Not knocking on anyone, just think they're foolishly named. They do look nice.

Are those 3.5" x 9"? I know they stick out if you dont have a kit but they really good with a kit (next mod).

98TLracer the tips dont stick out, thats how Blazin_TL installed them he coulda pushed them in more or slid them out even further. i got the ovals on my car no pics sorry , but definitely a good mod for only 17 bux total u cant really beat that, plus its a 10 minute do it yourself install. The one thing i did to make it look a little better was use a high head black paint on the clamps before you install them, that way it looks more like a real exhaust instead of bolt on tips.

high head black paint on the clamps? Can you take some pictures to let me see how it looks? Would it be a good idea to bring it to a shop to have it wielded on?

whoops i meant high HEAT black paint on the clamps, when u buy them and u see the clamp u will see what part im talking about, its separate from the actual tip, u dont need them welded , they look nice screwed on. Ill see if i can get pix, unfortunately i dont have a digital camera so id have to take real pics, soon to come though. Trust me you wont regret getting the 3A tips, its a cheap easy mod, the only thing that would be better is buying a real exhaust.
