Ohh yea I was thinking, for the N and P. You can make them red if you get something like the 3D glasses. Get that red clear film type and put it under the P and the N...and maybe Green for the D. Just an Idea.

yeah someone from the CL board brought it up; i thought that would work well but couldn't justify picking that up for a mod that's only 17 bucks and when only a few members want it. doesn't hurt for you to 'mod' the mod though~

3rd batch will be in production as soon as I get a couple more orders in shipping is the same... heck it's only 24 cents more. i'm not like those ridiculous ebay sellers.

Hey Jonathan, I asked Greenmachine how he made his shift gate, and he said that he used the stock lettering, but he just scratched off the red and green to make all the letters clear. So here's my question. The problem with using the OEM letters is that it's sort of a sticker, and once you peel it off you can't reattach it, correct? BUT, if we use one of your new plastic shift plates that is still transparent and attach the OEM lettering sticker to the plate, we can make the plate with the OEM lettering. Do you think this is possible?

Jesus guys, give him some time, he doesn't have a plant where he makes these things, he does them in his spare time. I would want him to wait however long it takes, so you know he will do a good job.

Also, I was wondering what people recommend to get off the paint from the "chrome" shift gate. I have the 99 and was told that it was chrome underneath the paint. What products do you guys recommend I take the paint off with? I have heard paint lacquer or thinner. If so, what brand product should I pick up from hardware store tonight?

I went to Wal-Mart and got some paint remover. IDK if it was grafitti remover tho...It was a spray, easy as hell to do, just let it sit till you see the paint come off. Kinda looks like a snake shedding its skin. I bought the cheapest one there and it worked fantastic. Hope that helps.
