can you post the schem for the 04 tl
the dealers said that i can't swap the 04-05 oem keyless entry module for my 02 tl
it's only 40 or so bucks so if we can just swap that module for the 02 then the key transponder will work (logically of course)where are you seein the 04-07 schematics?
he only posted the 99-03 as far as i can see.

 

i think IF this is going to work, the key fob will have to be figured out and modified. The whole re-wiring and swaping out the alarm system just isnt going to work.

nada...I now have a shredded up valet key and an over dremeled 07 fob...as far as the alarms system, for me so far, seems to expensvie just to have a newer key...still gonna try to find a way tough...anyone else?

 

same here i have a half dremeled key and a f*c*ed up flip key i might be getting in contact with a compony to see if they can remap the circuit board to match the 07 and how much it would run.... its gonna take me a few weeks i just started emailing them

so i recived an email from them they can make it, price would vary on the purchas amount...

only thing is as i understand it they cant take our old one and design it in to a new one someone would have to re design it on the switchblade key -board- and send them a detailed drawing then they can. thats only the first part the rest is ordering all the parts crystals,chips,etc to get them to work....

i had an engineer buddy of mine take a look and said it wouldn't be worth doing unless we put in an 04+ alarm, but that would costs some pretty change plus sutff would have to be ripped outta the computer to install new ones...so I have no clue anymore but am still looking around. but then again...it's been long enough and i just bought the wife a car, i may end up going to an 04+ anyway, in which case my 2000 will be a beater and any locals who wanna helpme rip it apart to see are more than welcome. My brother would take the car and he wants the updated fob too, so...anyone up for that?
