Hi I was wondering if anyone had pics of a 2002 TL P with body kit. The part number is different for 2002 TLP and for 2002 TLS and for 99-01 TL so I need to see if it is the same as my Inspire front end. Thanks

What are you trying to do??? Part # for what?? Are you talking about the front bumper spoiler??

 

Yeah. I think one of them will work on mine without importing the front lip. If the 2002 TL P is put on over the stock bumper without removing anything then I think it will work. Correct me if I am wrong but doesnt the 99-01 take off the small trim in the front and replace it with the spoiler?

 

you would be correct in that statement, about the 99-01 front spoiler.(if you really wanted an answer)

 

So since the 2002 TL P has a different part number for front lip I am assuming that maybe the peice goes over and does not replce the bottom part of the bumper.

Can someone with a 2002 or 2003 TL P check to see if the line on their front bumper bottom is a real seperation or if it is just cosmetic. You would haveto look underneath att the inside front of the bumper

 

Hey Rob, here is what I think.

The part # for the spoiler varies because that's color coded. I was looking at the SABER front bumper w/spoiler and noticed it looks same as mine. I have 00 TL spoiler. Take a look at closily the pic on the bottom. If that's case, 02 front lip spoiler won't fit. I think you should go with 99-01 kit. Just my suggestion.

 

the body kit is the same from the 99-02 with the exception of the front lip. The 99-01 front lip won't fit the 02

 

Here is pic for SABER side skirt & rear bumper spoiler.

As you look at it, those look exactly same as ours. So you can go with 99-02 side skirts & rear lower spoiler for your color.
The only thing you're worrying about is front. I've looked at different SABER & INSPIRE front kit, and I trust my instinct.

Look at the bottom of front bumper. Isn't it almost identical?
