2002 - 2003 front end conversion

Hi guys im looking forward to converting my 00 tl into a 02-03 front end. Before you guys have opinions or 2 cents. I wanted to let you know that I am looking only for answers to help me do a conversion. I have tried using the search only to come with theses part list

-bumper + foam that goes behind it + the whole bumper beam has to be raised by like an inch.
-left/right fenders
-headlights
-headlights brackets
-headlights/rad plastic cover
-parking lights harness has to be modified to accomodate the extra bulb.
-HID ballast will not mount to the new headlights so they have to be mounted elsewhere.
-hood + hood latch has to be modified/custom mounted.
-hood insulator (if you want it, not necessary)
-grille
-windwhield washer nozzles
-radiator supports need some work i think
-fog lights+wiring (if you want 'em)

i was reading different threads and it didn't say much on rad support.... are they different and also the whole bumper beam has to be raised by like an inch does this mean that it has to be rewelded or just bolted up about an inch up also the question about hood and latch to be modified/custom mounted....I will be getting the whole front including all the little pieces minus the rad support. Now my question is what needs to be done in order for this to work?

worked for me?

i'd suggest seeing if would be cheaper to sell your car and buy an 02-03

if your going to spend 2-3 grande.. trade that bad boy in for a newer model and save yourself the time, might even come out cheaper

That's a copy/paste of my PM.

I think the rad support works just fine, but I'm not 100% sure... Try it and you'll see!

Can someone give me an estimate on what this conversion would cost? I know some people here have done it but it all depends on how you got the parts.

at least $1k plus (proably even $2k plus) , as said depends on where you get the parts, and if they happen to be painted correctly for you color car, (also nobody quites knows the exact parts list needed for the conversion)
