Question 2000 TL-P Type S Swap

Is it really that easy to swap my 2000 TL-P Engine with A Type S engine in a half a day like i've read on hear and if so what do i need to do so minus the engine of course

i meant the 00 TL-S part but you cant go wrong with a nice pair of boobs breast cancer ftl :thumbsdow

and sneaky if you really know what your doing, it is possible but stretch it out to a weekend so you can take your time

well i think difficulty of install is relative to your car knowledge, if you dont know how to change your oil dont even think about it but if you can rebuild an engine you could probably do it blindfolded. and price of tools depends on what you already have. musts are engine hoist, air tools, breaker bar, variety of wrenches and sockets. a handful of things like axle nuts, torque wrench, arm separator you can rent from autozone

totally ignorant to the subject i was just going to grab an engine from everdrive.com and send it to my mechanic cause i need a new engine anyway might as well upgrade....right?

IMO before you do this I would wait as long as you can.

Type-S engine with CL 6MT is win!

I would get the engine but as soon as your tranny goes, I would do the 6MT swap.

well if your gonna get someone to do it for you then yea get the type s with low mileage. you'll also need the engine harness and ecu. gauge cluster you could probably keep yours but i suggest you get the type s, it looks nicer anyway and everything is plug and play (except for vsa i think you'll need the engine bay harness for that, mines not connected to anything so im taking it out)
