I was under the impression that there were no stock fog lights for the 2000 TL, what fog lights are these???? Do fit in with no modifications?
where can I get them for a reasonable price???

There are no stock fog lights for 1999-2001 model year. The only way to add fog lights is to custom install them. The stock looking fog lights you are referring to is custom made. And yes, you will need to do some modifications, and no, cost of doing this is not cheap. See my post of my custom fog lights below:

Yes I know which pic you are referring to. That perfectly fit foglight in the stock location is a custom install (made to look like it was a factory option - bit it's not). And your welcome!

 

REPEAT NO STOCK FOGS 1999-2001 TL don't you think many of us ask this a long time ago They just don't make them or as ACURA said we did not need them. So the question came up again & again & ACURA gave them to us. They put them on the 2002 TL models & gave us what we wanted

If you can spend some $$, get Rob's INSPIRE bumper with fogs. Those are JDM.
