150K New Timing Belt?

I have a '99 tl when purchased had 120k. Now at 150k is it safe to believe that the timing belt has been replaced and is there a way to check without having old service records?
Any advice is welcome!

You can pull the cover and see what brand is shown. Might give you some clues

You could also try visiting the Acura dealer near the person from whom you bought it, w/ the VIN to see if it's in their system.
