Unless you plan on dropping the tranny or yours is leaking there is no need to replace the front main seal. Also unless you plan on adjusting the valves you dont need the valve cover gaskets. You wont need the cam seals.

For NGK part numbers, the part # is ZFR5FIX-11 (TL-S application) or BKR6EIX-11 (NSX application/colder plug). I think the 4th digit is the heat range.

IK16 and IK20 are Denso part numbers. Stock is the IK16, and the IK20 is the colder plug.

Guy in Scarborough quoted me $150. to change those parts on my civic.

Relatively speaking, should not be more than $200. for the TL

Volly, I know you probably did this a while ago but I am about to do mine this weekend.

Any pieces of knowledgeable information about this job would help.

Do the Camshaft and CrankShaft sealings are needed? i tought you only need to Replace them when they leaked. Also the Thermostat and Radiator Hoses being needed??? those stuff is (BWB) buyable when broken arent they? those stuff usually dont brake or needed to be changed until Broke or Leak i think?

My List is as:

Timing Belt x1
Timing Idler x1
Timing Adjuster x1
Timing Hyd Tensioner x1
Water Pump x1
Acc Belt x1
P.S. Belt x1
Oxygen Sensors:
Upstream x1
Downstream x1

I think those cover All of 120K+ Maintenance for 5 years or 105000 Miles
Then Change all of the Seals i Guess at 200K Mark

Also the Thermostat and Radiator Hoses being needed??? those stuff is (BWB) buyable when broken arent they? those stuff usually dont brake or need to be changed until Dry up and Leak i think. Besides if you change the Anti-freeze when needed that helps out the cooling system so Thermostat and Hoses are OK i suppose?
