one of my tire's sidewall was torn about 2 inches after going over a
pot hole on the road.

1.Does anyone know if i can just replace one tire? i have about 20,000 miles on
my tires.

2.do i replace tire pressure sensors?

3. does it have to be a same brand?

4. any good deals?

it's a 17 inch stock rim+tire set up

No standardized advice here. Ideally, you would replace all four tires, especially if the other tires are significantly worn.
