Just purchased a 05 RL in carbon Gray Pearl feb,9 2009. So far i've added 6000k hids in the fogs and Hella air horns. I ordered some oem window Visors should be here some time this week. Here are some pics of the car so far.

Listen im a new york city department of sanitation worker. Trash is in my lifestyle,lol.

Just picked up the front plate holder from the dealer yesterday. It was an out of state Rl so it didn't have it. So the dealer ordered it for me. It will be on tommorrow.
I also have oem window visors on the way.

I adjusted the wipers back down to summer position.

Hey if farrari can have air horn why cant RL's. My son set off the factory alarm today and the air horns scared the crap out of everyone one in my job.

 

how do you adjust the wipers, because mine look just like that.

 

just crab them a pull them down with a lil force.

Just installed usa spec ipod interface, would have been quick except i didn't know about the 2 lower bolts and setting the lil interface box was a headscratcher! Got it done though! oh lemme not forget the led license plate bulbs and plate holder installed!

Man, we've got a lot of New Yorkers. You guys need to get a NYC RL meet going! That would be a photo shoot to rival what the Japanese KB1 owners are able to put together.

+1. Why are you doing staggered wheels on an AWD car? I'm not sure if this has been done before on an RL, but I'm curious to see what the long-term impacts on the SH-AWD will be. If anything, make sure the front/rear tire circumference is the same.

 

cant do staggered on the tsw's cause they dont come 20x9.5. but ambiguos has a staggered setup 20x8.5 front and 20x9.5 rear

I know they are a high offset. My guy knows what he's doing. When he says they'll fit, they'll fit.

I really wish you luck! I want to buy a set of tsw's also and they told me today that they don't clear. That has to be BS cant wait to see them on your car.

Sorry guys i went camping in virginia and was no where near a computer.

The rims cleared the brakes, then we realized they were the wrong offset. offset was too low so they stuck out about 2.5" passed the fenders. so the new offset ones should be here this wednesday. Hopefully all go's well cause i wanna rock new shoes for this meet on sunday.

 

New offset came last week but tsw sent us the wrong lug pattern this time. Still no rims!!!! But, i installed an amp and a sub enclosure.

Update: Car is in the dealer service department for a week now. Brakes went on me shortly after the meet. Turns out the shop that installed my music drilled a pilot hole in my brake booster. The shop is covering the repair 100%, all $1400. in repairs.

The right rims showed up, gonna install them as soon as i get the car back monday afternoon.
