Well youll need some H&R springs or Tein coilovers depending on how low you want to take it with your car. As far as how to install the springs its pretty simple but I dont have any pics to show you step by step. I did everything myself on my car but paint and it was only easy cause I manage an auto shop so I have full access to a lift.

There are advantages and disadvantage if you are considering lowering your car and getting a body kit. Regardless what you do, you will eventually scrap your car. That is the way it is if you wanna modify your car. I have Tein set up with Amuse body kit and I ALWAYS scrap. I have 2 finger between the tires and fender well and still scraps. You just have to be careful if you want to play that way.

yup

Im not even lowered more than 1.5 and I scrape if I am not careful. The front is the only one you need to worry about though.

sides and rear have never touched anything.

5 Zigen is good.
Amuse is $$$. Expect to pay like over $3000 since it is light
Fujisubo is ok too
Mugen is good too.
