Where to tap for Line out Converter?

Im looking to install a sub in the car and disconnect the factory sub. I pulled down the rear deck panel in the trunk to look for the sub wires but i could not find them.

I was thinking of using the subwoofer wires and put them into the Speaker level inputs on my Alpine MRP-1000 Not sure if that would work.

I am very interested in what your solution is. I am currently building two 12" enclosures and plan on using a PAC SNI Ouput adapter on the sub line while keeping the stock sub plugged in. I have looked into the interior trim removal manual in the garage sticky, and it tells how to access the speakers by removing the rear deck. However, this is a pretty intensive process and includes breaking clips that will need to be replaced. Definitely let us know if you can get to the wires without removing the deck.

As for the speaker line into the amp, there should be no problem if you are plugging into high-level inputs.
