I tapped into the the Nav as the power runs directly to the fuse box to a 7.5A fuse. (Courtesy of oo7spy). I got it all set up for a test but got nothing. I need to check my grounds and then have at it again. Whats annoying is there is no indication of power to the Navtool unit. No LED or anything to tell its getting power. It either works or it doesn't. Mine is in the later stage haha.

Glad you got it to work. Most of it has been already discussed here but if you've taken pictures of ur install, a little write-up would be good for future reference for Canadian cars.

 

I haven't taken any pictures other than the back of the radio but that being said, my car is still apart. Waiting for more things to arrive and on top of that my media player doesn't work via RCA cables so I have to send it back. I'm excited to get it running though. I will do a proper write up when I'm putting it back together. I still need to figure out where I'm gonna run the cable/wires.

I noticed my GROM only goes to EXT1 and not EXT 2, do you have that same problem?
