What I thought was a small crack in my headlight assembly turns out to be the headlight pulling away from the seam that seals it. The bottom line is that I need to replace the entire assembly. I know the cost is +$700 just for the part, so I may try to see if I can seal it once I remove it. Does anyone have clear instructions on how to remove the headlight assembly? I understand that the bumper needs to come off in order to do this.

Have you done a search? I have not looked into the actual headlight, but here are my instructions for removing the front bumper in case you did not know. Carbon definitely knows; maybe send him a pm.
