I recently bought a used 2005 rl and didnt think to check before i bought it.
does anyone know if theres any superchargers or turbo kit.

 

I seriously doubt it, but Jackson Racing is back in business (No longer part of Moss Motors) so you might give them a call and see if they have anything in the works. I do believe they are working on one for the 06 RSX Type S, but nothing as large as the Acura V6. They are great people so give them a call. If there is enough interest they might give it a shot.

 

There are no supercharger or turbo kits for the 2G RL.

In theory, the Comptech supercharger for the 3G TL should fit our engine, but there isn't enough hood clearance. Further, there isn't a large enough market to justify the development cost, so it's doubtful you'll ever see one.

 

Agreed. I wrote an e-mail to Comptech about it and they basically gave me the generic response of anything is possible and to keep checking back. I had heard rumors that they had acquired a 2G RL but its just that, rumor. I wouldn't hold my breath.

 

once i get my rims and suspension im gonna run 75 shot of nos and no one tell me that im gonna blow my motor or any other nos myths. Ived used nos for years

 

I head the same rumors, but nothing has come of it. If it happens, I'll get one when the car is out of warranty.
