Need help my car wont start

2 weeks ago I went to the nearest oriellys and had asked them to check battery, alternator, and starter and they said my alternator was bad so I ordered an alternator off of ebay motors for $164 it was a 200 amp alternator found out that the wheel on the alternator was too small so I had to switch the small wheel from the new alternator to the bigger OEM alternator to make the car not squeak cause of the belt and after I did that I did an oil change and then left my car for a couple hours saw my power steering fluid was filled to the top when it was at the low mark before oil change and so turned my car over to see if it would go down and the fluid in the power steering went down but my car didnt start but it cranked over so any suggestions as to what the problem is or how to fix it, thank you in advance, also I have a 2000 acura tl
the battery is good, my headlights turn on, shifted my car into neutral last night and almost started but didnt, dont think the starter is going out cause it's not clicking it's making more of the alternator not wanting to start sound

Actually the alternator might be your problem. Always buy correct amp alternator, in KB1/2 it is 130 Amp. Always replace with oem, which is denso in this case (most honda products). How old is your battery? If more than 3-4 years, old replace it. Also i would recommend returning the ebay alternator and buying a denso unit, wherever you can find it for cheap.

Im not saying you're wrong cause I've been told that from a friend but it was listed as an acura alternator and I texted them asking if it would work on an acura tl and they said yesterday and when I first installed the alternator on my car started up just fine, and I'm not sure how old the battery is but shouldnt be too old, thank you for your help and your suggestions
