not in stock form you cannot. You can install a Navtool which has two rca inputs and use one for a dvd input. There are other options listed here as well. The navtool does allow for a simple auto switching rear camera setup.

 

Indeed, you can't, without modification. Having a three-year-old, I understand the need for the mod and of course wouldn't play a DVD while driving for myself.
