The Acura/Bose stereo in our cars has Bose speakers, but does anyone know who manufactures the stereo for the RL? I know Panasonic makes the unit for the TL and I believe Alpine makes the stereos for Hondas (I think), but does anyone know who makes the units for the RL??

 

Alot of Hondas and Toyotas use Nakimici (sp.) mostly for the reciever.

 

Mashushitsa or whatever AKA Panasonic, I believe.

Yes, it is Matshusita/Panasonic. Also, I believe that it supports DVD-A and MP3s because Panasonic is an advocate of putting those features in their equipment (both my Panasonic DVD player and DVR support MP3 and DVD-Audio).

You are correct, it is made by Clarion. I looked it up.

List price is $2,705 for the unit.

 

The radio is Panasonic the Nav is Alpine.......

 

The Nav is Alpine, the speakers are Bose, the Nav screen is Masushitsa, and the 6CD changer and AM/FM/XM tuner is Clarion.
