About 1 out of 10 times that I try to use the voice commands they do not work. If I turn the car off and then back on they work fine. Also, the HFL works just fine all the time, so I am guessing it is not the microphone and must be some issue with the radio/navi unit. Has anyone else had these issues. With one of the TSB's correct this problem. I wanted to get some opinions here before I call the service department.

When the voice commands are working they are great. I use them almost exclusively for the navi unit.

There is no TSB for this issue that I am aware of. I have heard of this once before, vaugly remember it, it may have been you - did you post this in another thread before? If so, then it was you that I remember.

Have you tried to disconnect the battery for a few minutes to reset the entire nav system?

Good luck getting it fixed.

Yeah I feel the same way. I have no problems with the HFL but when it comes to the navi, I cant seem to get the command the letters of the address right. 9 out of 10 times the letters wont come out right. Pretty frustrating soemtimes.

The 9 out of 10 times mine works, the recognition is great. It is rare that the command is not listed on the screen.
