XM info delay & dead battery fixes coming!

I guess it is beginnng to appear that Acura does not believe the XM delay problem to be a problem worthy of fixing. Too bad. I was given a TL as a loaner car when my CD player froze and needed replacement and the XM info changed instantly.

presets

Ocassionaly when my presets are missing, I push up on the controller to switch to XM2 and then back to XM1....so far it has always worked....my presets reappear.

Techline says this is "working as designed". I don't buy it. Why would they enable a display that doesn't always work?

After speaking with ACS twice in the past two days it is hard to determine whether they really have a fix for these two things or not. They admit they are problems and claim that the dealer can fix them yet when you talk to the dealer, they seem to know nothing about it. What is really going on here?
