Wipers - winter mode and other Qs.

I cannot get my wipers on my 2005 to go into winter mode. I move them up but they never "click" into place. Even when I have them up fairly high and whenever I use the wipers, they go back all the way down. Is mine just broken?
Never had a problem on my 02 ES300.

Also, whenever it is cold (20° F or below), my SH-AWD, VSA, and traction control light all come on. After warming up for 10 minutes or so, I shut off the car and turn it back on and no more lights. Bad battery?

Lastly, I only get heat on my passenger side. Read it could be the blend door. Anyone have instructions on how to swap it out. Already bought the part ($15).

Thanks.

The dash lights sounds like it's a bad battery. Windshield wipers sounds strange... It should click up, push up but do it gently yet forcefully if that makes sense. SOunds like you aren't pushing hard enough...

Of course the day after I posted I was able to make the wipers "click" into place. I had them up almost halfway up before with no success.
