windshield wiper problem

hello!
So, here's a little story. This weekend I had to visit Virginia for a business related events. Great trip, except for a nail in rear right wheel (plugged it at a rest stop) and broken wiper.
Can someone please tell me what has happen to my right wiper....
And how much is this going to cost me??

Thank you,

have you popped the hood and cowel cover to make sure the retaining nut installed. nut applies pressure bonding the arm to the motor.

If both wiper blades are in an unusual position, they are probably in "winter mode". They can be gently pushed back into the "normal" position.

If it's just the passenger side, I'll be the nut is loose (this happened to a friend of mine). In either of these cases, it's an easy fix.
