The windshield washer spray is not working on my 2005 RL Yes, the tank has fluid in it and I don't live in a cool climate area. I also listened to see if I could hear the pump motor when I try to spray but I don't hear anything.

Any suggestions on what to do?

 

Did you check on the fuse yet?

 

I have the exact problem but I can hear the motor when I hit the spray switch. I too have fluid. Anybody know what this could be?

 

Perhaps your nozzles are clogged? Take a pin and insert it into the nozzle openings to clean out any dirt or wax that has clogged them.

If that does not work, open the hood and disconnect the hoses from the nozzles. Then try the washer spray to see if fluid is being pumped through the lines to the nozzles.

The other thing my dealer did once on my Legend was take a hypodermic needle (yeah they had a stock of bd syringes and needles, and use it poke the nozzle area like a pin, but also to blow it out. It worked great! Of course, easier said than done to get a needle.

 

It has been so long now that I can't remember if I checked the fuse. Does anybody know which one it is? I guess I can check the manual. I will report back and let you know how it goes.

 

Did you figure out which fuse to replace? I think I have the same problem as you on my TL
