Window regulator bad

Just notice the last few months that the window on the drivers side has been going up slow on the RL. First cool morning the window would not go up unless you held the window button up. It would go up half way and then go back down.Dealer said the window regulator is bad. I have not heard of anyone having this problem on an 06. We had the door handle replaced and just wondering if they did something to cause this. Not really worried because MR. warranty is paying for it, and the car is a lease. You can bet when the new RL comes out, we will be at the front door.

Things break. Not often on an RL but it does happen.

Update: After the customary second warranty trip, the dealer says the window regulator was not bad. The window channel trim needed some love. Why could they, not figured that out the first visit? A word comes to mind, INCOMPETENCE!

I had that problem on my TSX but it was after I installed my mugen vents. I just had to fix my weatherstrips.
