White smoke.

I have light white smoke coming from my tailpipes. The tips are black and I'm thinking my car is running a little rich. Does anyone have any insight on this? Thanks

Does it happen even after the car is warmed up and more noticeable when taking off from a stoplight after sitting for a few moments?

If its coolant what is burning, it usually smells sweet as the coolant does.
I have noticed that if i am driving short trips there is some moisture coming out from the exhaust tips, specially now when its winter.

^water builds up in the exhaust.
especially if you let the car idle.
it should be driven on the freeway to get rid of any moisture/water built up in the exhaust

Btw, if your car was running too rich, you would know it by way of the CEL...If this is something you have just noticed, it could be burning oil or coolant

White smoke means there's a new Pope elected so maybe there was some channeling happening with your car. The date of your posting and voting for the new head of the Catholic church- coincidental, I think not. :-)
