what kind of fluid goes here???

I was working on my rl and noticed that it was almost empty and not sure what kind of fluid goes in here it's on the passenger side. Any help is greatly appreciated.Name:  IMAG0846.jpg

No leaks from what I see but does mileage have anytbingvwith it being low 119k??

No I didn't what's the best way to check that? Sorry I'm a bit handicapped my health isn't the best and it's been really hot here in California 100+ but Today seems nice enough to take a look.

if steering rack went bad, there will be oil (power steering fluid) dripping near the firewall.

btw, the powersteering pumps do go bad, and a rebuild (replacement of seals) will usually fix the problem.

any whining?
is steering wheel unusually hard to turn?

No whinning and steering wheel turns oh Sooo softly just ordered some Honda power steering fluid so I will top it off soon thanks for the help everyone.
