Water leak by windwhsield

So I noticed a leak at the top of the headliner, right above the a-pillar SRS/trim panel. The windshield had been previously replaced so my first inclination was the windshield was leaking. They replaced the windshield and redid the seal. Still leaking. There's no visible rust either in windshield seat or the drain channel. The sunroof drain appears to be functioning properly.

Would greatly appreciate any ideas or perhaps a link to the body diagrams from the service manual.

How did you determine this?
The sunroof drain appears to be functioning properly.
have you cleared all the sunroof drains?

Is the roof glass closing properly?
