My wife has told me on two occasions that she has gotten a Check starter system light in the center of the cluster.However,I have not seen it and couldn't figure it out.Well last night we were out and about and it was pouring rain.She then let me know that the last time it happened it was raining really hard as well.She also informed me that when she pulled out of her works parking lot,it felt like her left foot got wet.I reached down to where the obd port is and low and behold it is soaking wet.I tore the car apart this morning at work,and dumped about 3 cups full of water out of the cabin air filter.After taking all the cowling,and wiper motor out,I had realized that the area in front of the cabin filter was full of water.After looking there is a hole in the bottom that goes out to the inner fender,and it was full of leaves and debris.It was an interesting find and took about an hours worth of fixing.The water was running across the upper vent tube and dumping out on the wiring harness on the drivers side.Just figured I would let you guys know in case something like that pops up for you.
