can someone clarify that honda has extended the normal 4/50000 warranty due to the fast odometer, and what is the limit if here is one. Thanks

Thanks NeuronBob. Does anybody know if the dealers are aware of this...My wife's 2004 TL has a few warranty things to fix and her TL is at 50,500 miles.

I was just doing a quick look through the settlement (mainly because I just purchased an '05!) and it states that the "Date of Vehicle Purchase or Lease (must be between April 13, 2002 and November 7, 2006)". That leaves me out of the settelment...

 

It looks like I spoke too soon. According the the FAQ's at http://www.odosettlementinfo.com/Vau...nal%20FAQs.pdf, model year '02 - '06 warranty extensions are transferable for the life of the vehicle, subject to the terms of the warranty. Looks like I get my 5% after all!
