Transmission downshift

2008 RL basic package - is anyone experiencing transmission slippage on right turns when engine is still cold? Also, frequent hard downshifts on full throttle accelerations?

How many miles are on your car? Have u ever done a tranny flush? If not I would do one asap and see if that helps.
