Thinking about changing interior seat color

I have a 05 black on black RL. I love it. However i was thinking recently what the interior would look like with the tan seats in the front and rear. Everthing else would stay the same, i.e the black carpet and console and everything else. any ideas on how this would look? Anyone know where i could rade some black seats for tan, asuming that the color combo would look good.

I have carbon grey with black interior. In my humble opinion tan seats
would look utterly horrible.

I understand the look you are going for and in the right car that combo can look good, however I don't think the RL fits that bill. I beleive the Nissan maxima has something similar to it.

Unless you plan on keeping the car for the long term, modifications like that can hurt your resale value both on the trad in and private sector. Just a little FYI.

Thanks for the feedback. I think it would be a god look, however you are probably right that this may not be the car for that look. i AM PLANNING ON KEEPING IT FOR A LONG TIME, HOWEVER WHEN THE TIME COMES TO UPGRADE, I DONT WANT THAT to hurt my resale vaue.

Have you looked into how you would do this? Replacing the seat covers? What is the cost? If it is very high then I wouldn't do it. But if it is fairly cheap, you can put back the original seat covers when you go to sell it. As far as looks, personally I prefer everything black inside. But, it is your car, and you are driving it. If it is what you like, go for it.

Chill with the CAPS

Sorry for the caps.. it was not intentional...

Well it wasn’t the seat covers i was talking about. I was talking about replacing the entire seats themselves.. This may be too high of a cost just to test the look..(

Well - check acuraparts247.com - see how much the seats are. But, it probably is very expensive (several thousand is my guess)
