Are splash guards worth buying and installing? I don't have them currently, but because they are color matched, I have considered it. What do you think?

 

I bought them from a dealer on eBay and had the dealer put it on. Under $100 total - was worth it IMO.

 

The tires are outside the body line without the splash guards. Before I had them installed my white RL had a constant splash line down the driver's door. With them, the door is clean.

Color matching makes them look really nice. I think it improves th look.

 

Because they are made specfically for this body style and blend right in, even more so since they are color matching. The RL looks great with them and it will definitely save your paint from getting hit with flying debris. DanF

 

I've had them on my GSX and the S. Haven't installed them on the RL yet but I probably will.

 

I agree that the splash guards enhance the look of the car. I recommend anyone who buys an RL should make the dealer include them with the purchase price.

 

They get in the way of the Aero Kit

 

They do indeed. Same with the TL.

 

I just bought the Splash Guards... don't have the Aero Kit, so no worries here... although I do love the Aero Kit on the RL. Wish it was a full body kit though, I think it would look cleaner, especially on front.
