So, nothing lately on the next-gen RL?
That's assuming, of course, the next-gen RL will debut as a 2010 or 2011 model.
I think we've all heard about the V-8, but what about a 6-spd or 7-spd transmission? Other goodies?
I've driven the new TL, and the nav is excellent, especially with the doppler weather radar. I'msure it will be in the new RL, too, and I want that bad.
When the lease on the LS is up, the new RL is at the top of my list right now. And the wife may be getting a TL next June when her Caddy's smart buy is up.

Hey Mike, welcome back!
The only recent news is yesterday's announcement of the cancellation of the new NSX (RWD, V10). This can't be good news for a RWD, V8 RL. I simply don't see Acura releasing the 3G RL anytime on schedule. We'll see in 2010!
I personally feel that the SH-AWD TL will be the top of the line Acura for the next few years (e.g. beyond the planned 2010 release of the 2011 RL).
