Arrow Show the model you have?

It would be helpful for some of us if you guys showed the year model of your RL in your sig or in your avatar text. Especially when you discuss a problem, even if it's a rattle.

It's pretty well known the '05s had some issues they supposedly corrected in '06, so it might help to know which one you have. And with the '07's hitting the showrooms, it's gonna get more complicated.

TIA

Good idea, Mike.

Let's give this a try.

How do you get your signature to show when you post? I've noticed that my sig only shows up when creating a new thread, not replying to one.

You can put your car model in your sidebar, too.

Can't we assume the model, it is the RL forum? It's the year that is in question.

You have to drop down to the section below the quote box and check "Show your signature" each time.

Ahh.. thanks for that. Is there a way to make that default so that it appears for quick replies as well?

I view sigs as the Gold Chains of the internet.

Unfortunately, no.

Since this is the only forum I frequent where that is the case (even with the same forum software), I have to assume the Admins made the decision not to do it. (Unless, of course, they just accidentally failed to check that box in the Setup ).

Bob - psst ... your gold chains are showing.

I don't totally disagree with lumpy, but they also provide some good reference info on the poster. You can put anything in a sig line, but posters without one sometimes make me wonder if they strayed over from the Sentra forum just to stir things up.

Damn, I'd better cover up my chest hair, too.

Sigs are OK as long as they aren't a bigger font than your post, varicolored, etc. It's SO funny to see some of the posters in the TL forum.
