Replacing AC compressor, how involved?

I will be replacing a AC compressor on a 2005 RL and a 2007 V-6 Accord in a couple of days. Of course I will be evacuating the AC system first. My question is how involved is it to replace? Under the hood, both cars look the same with J-series engines. How involved is this task? I have never replaced a compressor on the J-series before. Any help is appreciated.

Before you change out the AC compressor, doube check to see if it isn't just the AC Stator/Clutch which is notorious bug for our 05 RL's. About $80 in parts and i think a few members where able to install themself.
