Can anybody provide a pointer to instructions for this? I can only find info on replacing the bulb. I need to remove the entire assembly in order to access the inside of the quarter panel for the local PDR shop.

There are instructions for dropping the bumper here. That's step 1. Sorry, I don't have the others handy. Did you check the service manual?

 

you have to drop the bumper? that's all I needed to hear. the dents can stay

 

Dropping the bumper is the easy part of the process from what I hear. It really is easy, but the headlights are hard to get out.
