The last two weeks my brake pedal was becoming increasingly softer to where it was nearing the point of needing to pump the brake pedal. The brake recall work was done today and am glad to have a normal feel to the brake pedal again. I still have the original brake pads on my 74K mile car and nothing else was changed in the braking system. My advice: get the recall work done and not risk having a leaking master cylinder seal.
