Hello Everybody,

I took delivery of my new 06 RL last weekend and I am simply loving my car. I have put up 500 miles already in the weekend. I could not resist driving her. Its amazing car. We went to a get-together and my car is the show stealer.. I was an Acura RL sales man all day long explaining the features of my 06 Tech Pack with PAX!!!!.

I am so exited to share my feeling with you guys...

I can admitt that your forum has given so much information to take a decision to buy an RL in the end.

I am glad I made a right decision.

The only suggestion I can give is to enjoy her. I bought mine back in May and I still look forward to my commutes.

Hate it. I connected a garden hose in my laundry room yesterday and washed the car. My driveway is now a sheet of ice, but I had to get some of the salt off of her.

 

One of the nice things about having the Lakeshore is that salt blends in ok. Still I know it's on and will stop by my dealership tonite for a free car wash. I saw three RL's in the Northern Suburbs on my way to work today. 2 Silver and 1 Black. Great to see. One was from California.

Windows tinting is illegal in Mass for the front windows. Doing the rear windows alone wouldn't look good.So..I am stuck there.

 

It's illegal in Illinois, but that hasn't stopped many of us here.

 

Congrats on the new RL! I too have the Black on Black... absolutely love the car. I look forward everyday to getting in her and driving her to work. My commute to work is only 10 miles total a day, so I don't really get to enjoy the RL, until the weekends.

I would recommend the wood steering wheel and wood shift knob. I have the wood shift knob and plan to get the wood steering wheel later on. I think it makes the car real classy.
