I'm having a problem with the volume of the car. Everyt time I get in the car I have to adjust the volume of the car, I mean the volume of the navigation etc. I haveto go to the setup and change the volume from there. I always turn off the volume . Also, another thing I'm having right now is the phone volume all the sudden just went very very low to the degree that I can't hear people on the bluetooth anymore. Do you guys know what's going on here??

 

Not sure of the specifics on the NAV but the bluetooth for the phone volume is adjusted with the radio volume knob. Are you turning down the radio by habit when the phone rings?

 

What are the chances that you are using different keys to enter the car? Driver 1 and Driver 2 have different settings (including various volumes) and the car stores that in the memory.
