It is very unfortunate but all too common. But, your saving grace is what others have used successfully elsewhere. Find him on every automotive forum out there and then start posting the events there. It will take you a few hours, but nobody that is into the automotive scene like himself will want his name tossed in such a fashion all over the Internet.
Find out what he drives, his preferred forums, sponsors, etc. Be professional, just the same as you started this forum. He has already discredited himself, now make it known to the entire automotive world.
This recently happened over on CL and sure enough the guy hunted him down and started posting on the punks favorite websites. He paid up.
If you really want to punk him, get his real name and start sending emails to his real life friends on Facebook, Myspace, school bulletin board, etc. Trust me, he does not want the world to know what kind of person he is and what is he going to do, sue you? Also, do not forget the IRS, sounds like he received some none reported income as far as you know. Call them and file with them as well, if they audit him, and they will do a cursory audit at first, you get 10% of what the IRS reaps once they really give him a field audit. File a police report first and try to locate others in the same boat as well. Send all of this to the IRS and your case is even stronger if he is operating w/o a license. Don't leave out his home state tax board also. Whatever you do, do not let him get away as there are many avenues to take to really put the hurt of him. Trust me, I have done it and payback sure does feel good!
He used Internet against you, now use the same against him and do not give up.

If I were you, just keep on constantly contacting him at any means. I actually brought a Mugen spoiler for my RL without any problem. Reason why I got it from him is it because it was fairly cheaper than Kingmotorsport.
So just keep on contacting him to get your money back.

remember to keep it civil and semi proffesional. Dont want to come off bad and get banned before you get your point across to either get the product or a refund from this guy.
Threads like just his user name will probably get deleted, while threads asking peoples experiances with him, or simply stating you were cheated by him and want to resolve this issue will come across better.

Normally posting someone's personal information isn't tolerated on this site, but I hope it's kept on here for the sake of OP and 2ltrgsr.

It's technically NOT personal information, since you can get it right from www.godaddy.com. This info is considered public info, so I don't think it should be removed. Click on the following link to see the actual posting on godaddy.com: http://who.godaddy.com/whoischeck.as...NARYRACING.COM

We are also reading only one side of the story here, though the side we are reading is pretty awful. I'd be LIVID if I lost $1600.

last year i wanted to buy the same exhaust from them but i was scared to spend that much money on a shop that i didn't know. So i went to my custom shop here in Chicago. And i got my Custom exhaust done by them for cheaper...
i got an exhaust that runs from the jpipe 2.5 piping all the way to the back. with 2 resonators to try and keep it shhhh! lol...
