Hey guys,

I just need your opinion on something that is NOT RL related but Acura related. Some of you might own a MDX like I do, so I this might relate to what I just found out.

With 72K miles in our MDX, I felt shuddering going from 1st to 2nd. To make long story short, dealer claimed it needs new tranny. I am out of warranty. I asked for goodwill. Today the rep called and said Acura (regional head) will cover the parts but I have to pay for labor. Labor cost is around $900. Is this fair? Should I puruse getting it all covered. I was told Regional already made the decision. Thoughts pls.
