new member here, need some spec assistance please

Hi, this is my first time posting here so sorry if it's long. My baby (08 RL) went down and I'm putting her back together. I'm very familiar with with integra's, my old baby is a 97 integra ls, yes shes still running lol. My RL went down with a few issues
1. Needed valve adjustment
2. 5 out 6 cylinder misfires
3. Hydraulic tensioner failed
4. Jumped time
5. Small valve cover leak on front valve ( present for a few months before all of the above).

This site has helped me IMMENSELY with many projects! I've searched the forum with no luck so far though. Hopefully someone will be able to help me out.
Valve issue had been present, misfires occurred and then when unloading from trailer because of val es and misfires the tensioner failed and she jumped time 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😭😭🤬🤬🤬!!!
I'm in my final stages of getting her finished, adjusted timing, replaced water pump and pulley, timing belt and tensioner. Will be replacing spark plugs and accessory belt also.
However doing a compression test tomorrow then putting her back together, FINALLY!! The problem I need help with is the crank bolt torque specs specifically, any other torque specs anyone can offer I would be extremely grateful for. Thanks in advance.

What are the signs your valves need adjustments?

When it started it was a light tapping/clatter noise. Stupidly added marvel mystery oil and the sound because quite a bit louder.

Update: compression test was done. Not what I wanted to hear though 🙇‍♀️☹😭🤬. Cylinder 1 and cylinder 3 are not good, 78 in 1 and if remembering correctly around 80 something in 3. Checking with scope asap for cylinder wall damage but fingers crossed i just need to replace valves instead of more expensive possibilities. This car is gonna drive me insane (extremely short trip ), or run me broke. In that order lol.

i would triple/quadruple check and make sure the timing belt marks are set correctly before pulling the heads. As well as Re verify valve adjustments. But yes, with the belt having skipped timing it is very possible to be bent valves. These are interference engines.

Did you drive it while like this? Coz the cylinders may have been damaged if you did. It's really luck at this point with a timing skip. But if not driven, you're probably looking at bent valves only.

Of course, only bent valves cost me a couple grand for my Audi at a regular mechanic.
