Maritz 2005 Customer Sat Study for RL

Just received this lengthy (8-page) "2005 Customer Satisfaction Study" questionairre for the RL from Maritz Research. It's along the lines of the usual Acura Cust Sat survey, but much more detailed.

This appears to be primary, independent research - no Acura sponsorhip. Responses go back to Toledo.

I received one of those last year for my TL. Fortunately, I had good things to say, which limited the amount of time required for the survey

I got a JD Power Initial Quality Survey last week (inclding a brand, spanking new buck for filling it out). Of course, you're all dying to know:
I gave the size of the glove box a 2 (on a scale of 1-10, where 1 is rock bottom. What the hell do you expect when the damn thing is too small for the owner's manual?)
I gave the statement "I like to buy American" a 1 (in a scale of 1-5, where 1 is an invitation for the statement's author to commit an anatomical impossibility upon his person). Other than that, I gave the 2005 RL pretty good marks. But I did say that this car has a lot more bugs and little irritating problems than I expected from Acura, and that is a fair statement, I think. We'll see what the numbers look like in May.

after removing every extraneous peice of literature that my salesman gave me from the leather binder, I was able to shoehorn the whole binder in the proper spot.

I even gave up on the leather binder to make it really easy to get the manuals into the "proper spot", but you know I must give Acura credit for creating that special spot...it does keep the manuals out the way of all the other stuff that gets thrown in the glove box, and I always know where they are hidden

Petemc - I absolutely LOVE that hidden compartment. It comes in handy for stowing so many, many neat little items...
