On low rpms, rough idle, engine knocking and all cylinders misfiring dtc

Hi everyone. My RL kb1 2007 had a crankshaft play and I pulled the engine out to do the job, did a complete maintenance now at 78.000 milles, did timing kit, valve cover gasket, all seals leaking was replaced, new plugs, all filters and oils changed and slap on back everything. Now it started with no noise, crankshaft running smooth, engine very silent. BUT, now it start rattle and knocking when idling, the rpms at 550-600 and when a/c on is a nightmare, can't be parked at a stoplight because it knocking, when on highway everything works fully normal. I ran a scan and it showed up all cylinders misfiring and other codes. What can I do? I didn't check fuel pump pressure but I did injectors cleaning by ultrasound too. BTW, the AFS and D light start blinking too, but when I shut off and start back they both go away until another misfiring. Will appreciate your help, my WhatsApp +584148865454. Blessings

Seems like you've got some wiring damage or you've left some things unplugged ?

Knock sensor 1 No Signal and both Lambda sensors have heating failures ?

P0848 is the 3rd gear pressure switch on the gearbox.

Well I've checked the timing and its correct, the random missfire gone with a proper valve adjustment, right now it have the no signal knock sensor and the oxygen sensors b1/s1 and b2/s1, I noticed that when it's on sport shift it won't knock on sudden acceleration or in hill start, but in automatic yes, and when the a/c is off it won't knock but with a/c it looses a little of power and has apart of the knocking it idles a little rough when parked.

The 3rd gear code is still on, correct, and the no signal of the knock sensor and both b1/s1 and b2/s1. Note, i didn't checked fuses but it looks very strange and in somewhere I read about the LAF fuse can cause no reading of the heating circuit on o2 sensors, anyone can clarify this??
