Light after Light after LIGHT...need help ASAP!!

Ok...first off thanks for the admin in letting me in the forum...now the issue...

2010 RL SH-AWD TECHNOLOGY

So I have been having shifting issues from 1st to 2nd...it comes and goes...but I read where the shift solenoid gets out of specs after time...so I'm ordering those parts today..however...on my way to work I have a check transmission message, check emissions message, AFC Light, VSA lights w/triangle, engine light, check power steering message and speedometer doesn't work...

anyone have clue as to wtf is going....

THINGS DONE:
disconnected battery (everything is normal for 5 minutes the the Christmas show commences)

plan on changing tranny fluid due to the darkness

tried the hold the pedal for 30ish seconds to reset...no luck..

any info would be great...I've gotta head out the first of the month so I'm open to suggestions

and I'm in Jacksonville Florida if any other members are near by to come see.. Thanks for your time

what is the voltage of the battery?
the car is chock full of electronics and needs full voltage, even the slightest dip in voltage will cause the electronics to go haywire

If justnspace hadn't said it, I'd have said it. He's giving you great advice here.

The RL is a generally quite reliable car, but it does have the quirk of having an electrical system that has just barely enough battery and being very, very sensitive to dipping below ideal voltage. If it does, it lets you know the way you're seeing now. That Vegas light show is no more likely to be a transmission solenoid than to be a dozen other things. Be aware that these cars can react to low voltage or a weakening battery, even if a voltage check says the battery is fine. If the voltage is low, replace the battery. If the voltage says it's fine but the battery is 3 years old, replace the battery anyway. Then see what you've got and decide what to do next.

Any codes you have?
I had similar issues which are more described in this thread https://acurazine.com/forums/second-...ission-961845/ but I did get the code which pointed out what the issue is.
Note: all other lights that came on do not necessarily mean that all those are failing...

it was an operator error...I forgot to connect the output sensor when cleaning and checking my shift solenoids

A great result—delighted to hear it. And thanks for having the class to tell us about it. Not everybody who's ever hit-and-run this board did the same.
